I know what the hell, right?
I was looking at the visitor stats (not terribly high which is not near surprising really) and after the US and Canada (or rather Canada and the US because Canada is actually #1 in the stats). The next highest number of page views comes from Russia. Which is followed by Germany, France, the Netherlands, Israel, Malaysia, Georgia, and the UK.
Now some of those I can't really figure out how they stumbled upon UtK (some of the referring domains are pretty weird too) but . . .
Ok I was going to say I think that the results are skewed because I have this tendency to mention hockey in the post titles, especially during the playoffs. But then I looked at the search keywords and the only ones which could be related to hockey and cause people to end up here are "Boston" and "Vancouver."
Weird.
Not as weird, however, as getting hits from a heating repair place in Austin, and diet and insurance websites.
The internet is a strange, strange place. I quite like it. :)
(The quotes from "Dulce Et Decorum Est" by Wilfred Owen and "In Flanders Fields" by John McCrae might skew it a bit too, especially around this time of year. But they don't show up in the search terms list either . . .)
